First station: Pear Garden of Tianping Mountain

The new green has decorated the mountain paths in the early spring. Looked at from afar, the snow-white flowers and tweaking tree branches have added beauty to the towering and lush mountain.

This picturesque landscape is in the popular pear garden of Tianping Mountain. Since 2009, people have planted over 6,000 mu trees of early pears. And “Cuiguan Pear” (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) is the main type.

In March, the pear flowers are in full bloom.

The pear flowers are in tranquility beauty in the spring sunlight. However, the fruitful trees will attract visitors from far and near to gather here in July.

Tips for traveling

In March and July each year, citizens will come to here to appreciate the flowers and pick pears. And the Pear Garden of Tianping Shan has become a popular tourist site in and out of Chongqing.

Second station: “Yunlin Tianxiang” Scenic Spot

Canola in this scenic spot is very beautiful.

There are swarms of bees and butterflies, and the three winners of Miss Chongqing are walking through the flowers.

Some people believe that the grasses and trees even have spirituality. In this season, the other must-see place is the cherry blossom forest with numerous trees.

The cherry blossoms are coming out in the forest stretching for 5,000 meters, and the beauties are walking in the landscape picture.

Tips for traveling

“Yunlin Tianxiang” rural tourism, health, and holiday project is in Jiti Village, Er’sheng Town, Banan District, Chongqing; Tianping Mountain. With the altitudes of 550-700 meters, it is 50 kilometers away from the downtown of Chongqing.

Third Station: Dingxin Tea Garden on Baixiang Mountain

With the altitudes of 600 to 800 meters, Baixiang Mountain is located on the tea planting strip of China.

The tea aroma pervads in the tea garden of thousands of mu. And there are over 150 tea types including green tea, flowering tea, black tea, and tuo tea.

Tips for traveling

Depart from the downtown, drive on the Inner Ring Road from Chongqing Sigongli, and drive off at Nanshan Exit — Nanshan Tunnel — Nanfu Road — Yinglong Outer Ring Road — drive off at Huimin Exit (turn left) — Yongxing Daoban — drive about 5 kilometers to reach Dingxin Tea Garden.
