The New Auto CD701 prototype

The New Auto CD701 prototype will provide users a fresh experience and service beyond their imagination. A short getaway from fast-paced urban life combined with a light dose of fun in nature allows the CD701 to meet the diverse needs of new customers.

Its appearance and design combine an SUV's strength with a pickup truck's features. In terms of functional scenarios, combined with scenario intelligence, it could become a bedroom, conference room, or viewing terrace through the combination, change, and expansion of space.

The device is also compatible with massive applications, equivalent to simultaneously running a laptop, game console, and other devices. In the future, it may even be transformed into energy storage units and computing power centers.

The CD701 prototype is Changan Automobile's first New Auto project based on the software-driven architecture (SDA). As of now, Changan Automobile has achieved the three major goals of the SDA, including a centralized electrical and electronic architecture, a service-oriented software architecture, and a standardized and abstracted hardware architecture.

Future SDAs will offer users high-value services throughout their lives.
