Chongqing- In the Chinese Mainland, there's the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in the south, the Shanghai Stock Exchange in the east, and the Beijing Stock Exchange in the north. However, the expansive western region now has its own financial engine – the Western Financial Center.

The construction of this financial center is yet another major strategic deployment for China and will inject financial impetus into high-quality development for the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

As for the Western Financial Center, Chongqing truly has great advantages and potential in this arena. In terms of overall competitiveness on the Chinese financial sector index, Chongqing ranks among the top ten.

Whether it be green finance, carbon accounting methods, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and so on, these technological advancements have now become a reality in the financial arena of Chongqing.
