As a lover of all kinds of drinks, Alex visited a Chinese baijiu (sorghum spirits) factory in Chongqing.
Chongqing Jiangxiaobai Liquor Co. Ltd, established in 2011, is a whole-industry-chain enterprise with sorghum planting, biotechnology research, liquor making and distillation, and sales & marketing. The distillery, which occupies an area of 760 acres, is consisted of a craft liquor workshop, pottery-jar liquor storage, and a research and development center. Responsible for producing and storing Light-aroma Baijiu, it is committed to making Baijiu more palate-friendly and international and realizing the "Renaissance of the Old Flavor" of Chinese liquor.
Jiangxiaobai received more than 130 international spirits awards by 2022 and became the most popular baijiu brand among the youth. The core product ranges, specifying the "Pure sorghum spirits series" and "green plum wine series," have enriched the Chongqing liquor industry categories, which are now available in more than 20 countries and regions abroad.
