William Lee, the chief economist at the Milken Institute, has offered his review of the world economy in 2022 and his outlook for 2023. Before joining the Milken Institute, William Lee was Citigroup's managing director and head of North American economics. Before Citi, Lee was deputy division chief at the International Monetary Fund.
