Founded in 2007, Chongqing Silian Measure & Control Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of measuring and controlling devices. It has been the first company in China to industrialize high-precision microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) pressure sensor chips in China.
This MEMS pressure sensor integrates a pressure sensing element with a digital conditioning chip for digitally compensating drift, sensitivity, and linearity parameters. This pressure sensor produces a calibrated and compensated voltage signal based on its voltage power supply.
According to Xiang, the entire factory requires high production technology intelligence. For example, the environmental requirements are quite strict, requiring a range of cleanliness requirements from 10,000 to 100 degrees and constant humidity and temperature requirements.
"All these need to be controlled by an intelligent environmental system," said Xiang. "So intelligence is quite widely applied here."
