I Overestimated My Abilities | Mikkel’s Vlog

Chongqing- Jiefangbei is one of those places that I have been to, maybe hundreds of times. In many ways, it is the beating heart of the city, not just the tower but the whole area around it. As Chongqing has grown, even just in the years I have lived here, many of these "city centers" have developed. Jiefangbei is now simply one of many, along with Guanyinqiao, Danzishi, Shapingba, Daping, and the area around Nanping in Nan'An as well as Yangjiaping. But the tower here is special and holds a special place in the heart of all the locals for its historical significance. I have photographed this place before, most often at night, so I am rechallenging myself to try and do it during the day.
