The First National Conference on the Development of Human Resources Services was held in Chongqing about ten days ago. In the past week, nearly 700 human resource service organizations, enterprises, and institutions at home and abroad have demonstrated their brand, technology, and strength at this conference. They have also established partnerships with professionalism and sincerity and found new opportunities for business development. As a result, they have stronger confidence in developing human resource services.

The First National Conference on the Development of Human Resources Services opened at the Chongqing International Expo Center on July 28th (iChongqing-James Alexander).

"The rapid development and the continuous expansion of human resource services, and the emergence of new business forms and models have played a vital role in promoting employment, entrepreneurship and economic transformation and upgrading." Zhou Ze, Chairman of Chongqing Key Industry Human Resource Service Co., Ltd. (CKHR), said this conference has attracted more attention to human resource services and has great development potential. As China enhances reform and opening up and accelerates the transformation of economic development, the human resource services will surely enter a fast track of development.

In recent years, Chongqing has highly valued the development of human resource services. Efforts are made in constantly improving the service system and mechanism, and increasing the service methods, thus advancing the development of this industry. As of the end of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period, Chongqing had 2,155 human resources service organizations, with industrial annual operating revenue of 48.95 billion yuan, creating 3.165 million jobs each year, an increase of 196.4%, 191.1%, and 49.2%, respectively from the end of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period.

The good news is that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security agreed to build China (Chongqing) Human Resource Service Development Institute at this conference.

Talent is the main enabler for a city's development. Promoting the development of human resource services and attracting more talented people is vital to Chongqing, which is striving to create a new driver of the country's high-quality development.
