Chongqing- The 2021 China Brand Day event officially kicked off at the Shanghai Exhibition Center on May 10, where Chongqing brought 33 first-line brands to the event.

This year’s China Brand Day event was held for the first time in a combination of online and offline forms.

While the offline Chongqing exhibition area was unveiled in Shanghai, the Chongqing Online Exhibition Hall was also launched through the official website of the China Brand Day. Visitors can feel the elegance and characteristics of Chongqing brands via their mobile devices anytime and anywhere.

Compared with the previous one, Chongqing has made efforts in promoting new industry brands this time. Nearly half of the exhibitors belong to the new generation of information technology, new energy, and intelligent connected vehicles, high-end equipment, new materials, biotechnology, energy conservation, and environmental protection.

According to the Chongqing Development and Reform Commission, the branding of Chongqing is inseparable from pushing for the city's green development.

He emphasized, Chongqing is a city of mountains and rivers, where its unique topography has nurtured rich tourism resources and cultivated many agricultural products.

"Huida lemons can achieve 100% utilization of lemons," said Dai Xiaoqiang from HDLemon. As one of the representatives of agricultural brands, HDLemon came to the Shanghai Exhibition Center.

Dai believes that long-term development of a brand should also be sustainable. HDLemon is based on the economic development under the forest, with an aim to protect the green waters and mountains, while increasing the income of farmers and helping the rural revitalization.

In addition to HDLemon, the other 9 agricultural and tourism Chongqing brands were shown at the Chongqing Online Exhibition Hall, including mustard from Fuling District, Navel Orange from Fengjie County, Jiming Tea Industry from Chengkou County, Ronghui Hot Spring, and Yangtze River Golden Cruises.

Besides, six Chongqing high-tech enterprises, including Zhubajie.com, Chongqing Sokon Industrial Group, Hilan Pharmaceutical, Zybio Inc., Bluehorizon, and Chongqing Jiebang Electric Co., Ltd, were also participating at the exhibition in Shanghai.

Additionally, Southwest Aluminum (Group) Co., Ltd. and Zongshen Industrial Group, and other 16 companies were involved at the Chongqing Online Exhibition Hall online.
