Chongqing- The 3rd Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT), which will be held from May 20 to 23, will set up a  healthcare industry pavilion and hold a healthcare industry summit forum at the same time.

The theme of the summit forum is New Pattern, New Development, and New Opportunities this year.

Meanwhile, well-known academicians, experts and scholars, and business leaders at home and abroad will gather to conduct in-depth exchanges on the development of the big health industry. This is to further Chongqing's reputation as a national medical city, a medical highland in the west, a national important medical base, as well as an internationally renowned health resort.

Among them, topics of the guest speeches include the development of the healthcare industry under the Healthy China strategy, smart hospital full-scene password services, and the health management of early gastrointestinal cancer.

Additionally, speakers from commercial authorities abroad will introduce relevant topics in detail, for example, the biotechnology industry. This is to accelerate the two-way flow of capital, technology, talents, and other elements of the big health industry at home and abroad.

Through focusing on the development trend of the healthcare industry, participants will explore how the industry can improve the development level of medical and health, smart medicine, biopharmaceuticals, and other fields under the new normal.

Also, their discussions will involve how to optimize the development environment of the healthcare industry in China, with an aim to boost the high-quality development of the industry.
