Chongqing- During the Three Gorges Cultural Tourism Exchange Event organized by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development, diplomatic representatives from consulates in Chongqing, Chengdu, and Kunming toured famous attractions along the Yangtze River on the cruise ship Yangtze Gold 6.

The trip culminated with the opening ceremony of the 14th Chongqing Yangtze International Red Leaf Festival in Wushan, followed by a live stage performance of Goddess Mountain.

Agustina Casavalle is the deputy consul general of Uruguay at the Consulate General in Chongqing. During the busy four day schedule, she joined iChongqing reporter James Alexander to share her thoughts on cultural tourism in Chongqing and the current nature of the exchange between China and Uruguay.
