Rencai Yuan (literally Talent Park), a talent apartment project in Yubei District, was put into use on November 17.

The project is mainly for high-caliber and young talent—talents of different industries, including airline, public health, education. Rural revitalization, senior management, and advanced technology of Yubei District are encouraged to apply for the meritocrat apartments.

Moreover, university students interning at the District, young people working there and needing to rent a house, university graduates starting a business or work, and people eligible for admission to the Yubei District Young Talent Development Station can all apply the young talent apartments.

The monthly rent of the meritocrat apartments is 900 yuan/unit (137 U.S. dollars/unit) and 1,460 yuan/unit (222 U.S. dollars/unit) for one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, respectively; that of the young talent apartments is 450 yuan/unit/person and 350 yuan/unit/person for one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments respectively.
