Chongqing- Zhou Chuanbin, an acrobatic boy of Chongqing Acrobatic Art Troupe of China (Chongqing Acrobatic Troupe for short), had brought countless wonderful performances to audiences. This November, he just won the Chongqing New Star Award for Stage Art in Chongqing, which is one of the highest awards in Chongqing culture and art. He has just passed his 19th birthday, but he has become one of the top domestic performers.

However, Zhou Chuanbin does not become proud of winning the award. After getting the award, he still gave amazing performances on the stage. As soon as he stood on the stage, he becomes a brilliant acrobatic boy. He smiled with confidence as if the whole stage belongs to him. When a spotlight hits his head, all attentions follow his neat and difficult moves. The dazzling stage of Chongqing International Circus City is where his little star shines.

Not every star can shine at the beginning, not except Zhou Chuanbin. Four years ago, he had just been selected from the Heilongjiang Art School and came to Chongqing Acrobatics Troupe. At the same time, there are hard and boring training. He chose to balance on pipes so that he has to deal with several simple pipes and boards and use them to give difficult performances.

“My first time to perform on the stage was so nervous,” said Zhou Chuanbin, “it was the show – Mulan, and after completing the performance, I found I was sweating profusely.” Slowly, Xu Chuanbin enjoyed the stage more and more, enjoying the applause and encouragement of the audience. To date, he has performed more than 300 shows in Chongqing International Circus City. "Adapted to standing on the stage, I feel very comfortable, like in my own home," said Zhou.

Until now, Zhou Chuanbin has been to the United Kingdom, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, and other countries and regions. He has been to many various bright stages, but the stage he is most used to is the Chongqing International Circus City.
