Chongqing - Exploring the sights in and around Guanyinqiao.
The Guanyinqiao CBD Tourist Area is among the most popular business, shopping and entertainment complexes in Chongqing. On weekday evenings, weekends, and national holidays, people flock to Guanyinqiao to enjoy the bustling atmosphere and venues that cater to virtually every taste.
Guanyinqiao is a complex that occupies a giant public square on the south side, while the adjacent commercial area of Paradise walk lies to the north, separated by a mere underpass that cuts underneath the busy ring road dividing the two.
However, there is also plenty for the tourist to explore other than commercial activities and entertainment. In my vlog post today, I take a walk around the gardens, sculptures, and discover a former textiles plant refurbished into a park for cultural innovation that lies in wait for the inquisitive traveler.
