The new payment will be available from January 30

327 ticket machines and 95 ticketing windows on the transit loop lines and two segments of Line 4 are available. Hence, people can buy tickets through Alipay and WeChat Pay from January 30.
This convenient method is already available on Line 5 and Line 10 from January 16. Meanwhile, the relevant department will later introduce other payment methods successively. Moreover, they include applications by Chongqing Rail Transit (Group) Co., Ltd. and Bank of China and Cloud QuickPass by China UnionPay.
The interface of getting a ticket
From the schedule, the mobile payment will cover the whole rail transit lines in the first half of this year. Furthermore, by the end of the year, direct pass to the flap barrier turnstile through mobile payment will be available, too.
