Chongqing - On January 10, Yongchuan District held the Signing Ceremony for 2019 Q1 Investment Projects. It welcomed an intelligent manufacturing project of new energy vehicles.
The project was jointly established by CCCG Technology and Innovation Co., Ltd. and StreetScooter Research GmbH.
With a total investment of around RMB 3.84 billion, the project enjoys two phases. The former takes up RMB 1.26 billion of the investment and is expected to be completed within 2 years. The latter, with RMB 1.13 billion, will begin its construction after the completion of the former.
Hailed as a classic case of German Industry 4.0, STS electric delivery vehicle is the best seller of its kind in Europe. It is worth noting that Deutsche Post alone uses over 60,000 STS electric delivery vehicles.
The unit price might be only RMB 100,000 after the project goes into production in Yongchuan District, according to Wu Caihao. Wu is the Deputy General Manager of CCCG Technology and Innovation Co., Ltd. Additionally, the company will avail itself of the advantageous identity as a central government-owned enterprise to promote leasing business. As a result, operators can reduce their business cost.
