Xuebao Mountain in Kaizhou District of Chongqing is national nature Reserve.

In 1983, Qin Xiwu came to Xuebao Mountain to work. At that time, there was no electricity and road.  But now, it has convenient transportation due to infrastructure improvement.

In 2018, on Xuebao Mountain, there are 1707 species of wild cherished plants and 337 species of spinal animals.

During the past four decades since the reform and opening-up, 1,500,000 Mu, 1,000 square kilometers of plants have been planted in Kaizhou District.

In addition, changes in Kiazhou District are beyond that.
