At 11:36 am on December 2, Mr. Liu, a Singaporean traveler, along with his families, took the flight MI972. They successfully entered China through immigration inspection in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. In addition, they became the 3 million lucky tourists who entered and left China from Chongqing Port this year. Therefore, it represented the high recording for exit and entry population in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport Port.

In 2013, exit and entry population in Chongqing Port exceeded one million for the first time. Moreover, it exceeded 3 million 5 years later, increasing by 200%.
This year, as national exhibitions such as Smart China Expo and China-Singapore (Chongqing) Connectivity Initiative Financial Summit are held in Chongqing, global talents, capitals, industries, technologies, and other resources have been gathered there. Increasing international airlines provide travelers with richer route selections, and further accelerate the connection between Chongqing and various countries in the world.
From 2018 till now, average daily passenger flow volume of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport Port is about 9,000 people, and peak volume in summer vacation and holidays reaches about 12,000 people, in which Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan are top five countries where Chinese citizens travel; while South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and America are top five countries where foreign tourists travel through entry in Chongqing.

According to him, Chongqing immigration inspection fully adopts intelligence, big data, and other scientific and technological means. In addition, they use these advanced measures to continuously strengthen port control and crack down port crimes.
